- DG Help is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
- Turn off Find My iPhone / Find My Device before submitting your Apple or Samsung device.
- Installation deals are valid for standard installations only. Additional charges may apply for complex setups.
- Installation starting at AED 75 applies to standard setups. Complex or specialty installations may incur additional charges.
- AC installation pricing is for split AC units. Ducted systems are priced separately.
- Customer must ensure site readiness (power points, piping, wall access) prior to technician visit.
- Installation services are available across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Al Ain.
- Trade-in value is assessed upon physical inspection and may differ from the online quote.
- Device must be in working condition with no major physical damage for the quoted price to apply.
- All personal data must be erased and accounts removed before submitting your device.
- Trade-in credit can be used toward purchase at participating Sharaf DG stores.
