Their technician Shahid is very rude.
And they want to charge crazy prices for basic things.

I had my apple watch repaired and the person attending was very nice and helpful Veronica did not hesitate to extend help until the watch was swtiched on and activated on my phone. Good service!

Terrible experience. A simple keyboard replacement took over a month, and when I finally went to collect my device from Times Square, they had lost it after handing it to a courier. I then had to wait even longer while they tried to locate it. Poor communication, poor organization, and a very frustrating overall experience. Would not recommend.

I sent my asus laptop for a repair under warranty to sharaf dg (in Dubai mall but they still get repaired here i presume) on 4th of Jan 2026 and it took 21 days (for a rather intensive repair mind you so I was prepared to wait that long) for them to confirm that it was done which was a huge bummer for some and I had to call them on 25th (I don’t know if they just found out that my laptop arrived back after I asked them or it was a coincidence that it got back on the very same day) but apart from that, my laptop felt brand-new and they reinstalled windows and formatted everything as well so it didn’t come pre installed with bloatware and it was a clean install of windows which I like.

I’m glad that fixed up my unit and made it feel brand new again and they did notify me through text telling me that they are making progress and that they are nearing completion and I did call their customer support here and there.

I do not recommend it at all it is a beautiful shop but zero customer service you buy anything from there and it get broken they don’t fix it or help you at all !!! Very poor services
