• Upon successful completion of the repair service, customers will be informed by DG Help staff about the eligibility for the free screen protector. Customers can claim their free screen protector at the time of collecting their repaired device.
• This offer is valid for a limited time and may be subject to change without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to inquire about the current offer duration and availability at the time of booking their repair service.
• The free screen protector offer is limited to one screen protector per repaired device. Additional screen protectors may be available for purchase separately.
• The free screen protector offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service offered by DG Help.

• DG Help does not provide a free screen protector with the repair of Fold or Flip phones.
• Customers can visit our service centers located in Times Square, Abu Dhabi Mall, Al Ain to be eligible for the free screen protectors.
• MacBook repairs do not qualify for a free screen protector. This policy applies to all MacBook models repair.
• Customers requiring a screen protector for their MacBook post-repair must purchase it separately. The cost and availability of screen protectors are subject to current pricing and stock.
