Please review our trade-in program terms before you trade in your device in Dubai or across UAE. Our conditions are clear, fair, and designed to protect both you and Sharaf DG during the trade-in process.
Trade-in value varies based on your device's condition, specifications, and current market demand. Values are subject to change and may fluctuate due to market conditions. The final value is confirmed after physical inspection of your device.
Trade-in value is paid as a Sharaf DG Cash Voucher within 5 working days after device assessment and approval. Vouchers are redeemable only for Sharaf DG products and services — no cash exchange. Offer valid for online transactions only.
Your device must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your trade-in quote. You must confirm legal ownership or permission to trade the device. Devices with tampering, counterfeit parts, or significant damage may be refused or receive a reduced trade-in value.
Back up and delete all personal data before handing over your device. Remove all accessories before trade-in. Sharaf DG is not responsible for data loss or accessories left with the device. All devices undergo a certified data wipe process.
If the device differs from your original description, we'll either return it at no cost or offer a revised trade-in value. No response within 7 days means acceptance of the revised offer.
Stolen or blacklisted devices will be reported to UAE authorities and payments may be cancelled. Devices become Sharaf DG property upon trade-in completion and cannot be returned. Sharaf DG reserves the right to update or discontinue the program at any time.
