- Building Permissions: Customers must arrange permissions before installation.
- Contact: If the team cannot reach you, the job will be rescheduled.
- Timing: May vary due to traffic or unforeseen events.
- Site Prep: Area must be clear with sufficient space.
- Rescheduling: At least one day's notice required.
- Site Visit: If inspection needed beforehand, additional charges apply.
- Extra Services: Any additional work quoted before proceeding.
- Concealed Utilities: Inform the team about hidden wiring or pipes. DG Help is not liable for undisclosed utility damage.
