Data: Backup and delete all data; Sharaf DG isn’t liable for data loss or disclosure.
Ownership Transfer: Devices become Sharaf DG property upon trade-in and cannot be returned.
Changes: Terms can be updated or the offer discontinued anytime without notice.
Value Changes: Trade-in values may fluctuate due to market conditions.
Right to Refuse: Devices with tampering or counterfeit parts may be refused.
Condition: Damaged devices may have reduced value or be rejected.
